The giant Greek flatbread pita is the perfect solution easily for creating huge and super tasty souvlaki. The pita are entirely handmade and their bigger size (21cm!!) is ideal for shaping bigger souvlaki. The bread is extremely soft and once heated in the oven or in the frying pan it gets a bit crunchy outside. Awesome!

Useful Information
