What smells more like Greek tradition than Fasolada?! It is one of the most typical Greek dishes, made by beans, onions, carrots, tomato, celery and olive oil. All these pure ingredients are boiled into an amazing dish that remind us of cold winter days. It is officially Greece's national meal since the days of war in 1940. You will find it in every small restaurant or tavern, in every corner of Greece but especially in the mountains. It is a healthy and delicious take on beans that will make you appreciate this particular legume even more!

Useful Information

Heating instructions: 1) remove the external packagin - 2) pierce the sealing into two spots with a fork - 3) heat in preheated conventional oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (800W) - 4) remove the film, the meal is ready to be consumed.

Ingredients: 50% white beans (EU and non-EU), carrot, onion, celery, 2,5% extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, double concentrated tomato paste, cooking salt, sugar, spices. It may contain traces of milk, wheat, sesame seeds, mustard, eggs, soybean, sulphites, nuts, fish, shrimps and crabs.
