Tulumbakia are a traditional recipe for sweet and juicy “tulumba roll bites”.
Right after the dough is ready and cut in a cylindrical shape every piece is fried in hot temperature.
As soon as they are fried they double in size, creating fluffy hives that absorb syrup on the inside, and a beautiful golden crunchy texture on the outside.
This full size portion is able to stand on its own as a dessert, but they are great to enjoy next to a warm refreshment too.
