Tasting notes:

• Deep, dark red.
• Enchanting change of impressions. Red currant, cherry jam, mint chocolate and cedar are just a few of the impressive flavors.
• Abundant, almost excessive fruit that supports the well-integrated tannins. The theoretically high alcohol content is offset by the acidity and is mainly expressed as sweetness and volume. Long finish with notes of chocolate.

Culinary tip: red meat, grilled or braised, roasted poultry such as turkey or goose, game, piglets from the oven, soft and savory cheeses.
