Product Description

Moussaka is undoubtedly the most famous Greek dish in the world, the essence of a Greek cuisine that primarily turns to the earth when choosing ingredients. In fact, vegetables, meat, and cheese are the main ingredients of the traditional moussaka recipe. Potatoes, zucchini and eggplants are being laid on a baking tray in layers separated with ground meat, cooked and enriched with spices. Then, on top of the layers, bechamel sauce is poured and to give that little extra crispiness, some grated cheese to create a crust when baking. Each bite of the Moussaka contains a full combination of tastes that will definitely travel you to a Greek island, to a ‘taverna’ by the sea!

Heating instructions: 1) remove the external packagin - 2) pierce the sealing into two spots with a fork - 3) heat in preheated conventional oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (800W) - 4) remove the film, the meal is ready to be consumed.

Ingredients: 24% milk,, 21% eggplant, 20% potato, tomato, 15% minced meat (50% veal, 50% pork), bechamel mix (modified starch, wheat flour, palm oil, cooking salt, dehydrated glucose syrup, milk proteins, coloring: carotenes), onion, 1,1% extra virgin olive oil, double concentrated tomato paste, sunflower oil, cooking salt, parsely, egg yolk, maize starch, ground pepper, spices. It may contain traces of peanuts and other nuts, sesame seeds, mustard, celery, soybean, sulphites, fish, shrimps and crabs.
