Recipe for a delicious Greek coffee
Fill a cup with water, about 75ml, and pour into the pot. Heat the water a bit in any way you can, either gas or electric stove, until it becomes lukewarm. Then pour a teaspoon full of coffee, if we want it heavy we add a little more, and as much sugar as we like, for sweet coffee for example, add two teaspoons. Stir gradually until the coffee boils, taking care not to overflow when ready. Cheers!
