Organic Fava beans - 500g

Organic Fava beans are a wonderful Greek legume, known all over the world. It is an extremely beneficial legume, as it is high in fiber and iron. It is a very easy legume when it comes to cooking. Simply boil the fava beans together with an onion and a bay leaf until they melt and have the consistency of puree. When it's ready, serve with fresh chopped onion on top and of course some extra virgin olive oil!
