Aromas: At first fruity scent following by coriander and orange are released. While the beer warms up vanilla and caramel malt come out discreetly.
Taste: First delicate and sweet, followed by a pleasant fruity acidity that fades, leaving a velvet aftertaste. Carbonate is moderate to high.
Combinations: Ideal with fruits and fruit salads, soft cheeses like feta, goat cheese and Gouda. Suits also wonderfully with seafood and clams as shrimps, oysters, lobsters. Finally, you can enjoy it with delicate meats, chicken, bacon and smoked salmon.
